Order Cancellation:
All orders placed on our website have a 24-hour hold period. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened. If you wish to return an unopened product, you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in their original, unused condition.

Restocking Fee:
For accepted returns, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.

Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@infamousaero.com. We may require photos of the damage for our records. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory solution.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
