We design our aero components to handle real-world driving. From steep driveways to unexpected speed bumps, our HDPE front splitters and side skirt kits are built with durability in mind.
That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on eligible HDPE products.
If your Infamous Aero HDPE splitter or side skirt kit cracks or breaks during normal driving conditions, we’ll replace it.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our lifetime warranty covers:
✓ Full cracks or breaks caused by normal driving conditions
✓ Cracks or breaks from contacting curbs, speed bumps, steep entrances, or road hazards
✓ Material failures of the aero component itself
If your product fails due to a situation where it should have reasonably held up, we’ll make it right.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty is designed to protect against product failure - not normal wear and tear.
The following situations are not covered:
✕ Scraping or gradual wear from repeated contact with the ground
✕ Surface scratches on the top or bottom of the product
✕ Cosmetic damage caused by normal use
✕ Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or modifications
A splitter that has been scraped for years, and slowly worn down has done exactly what it was designed to do — protect your vehicle.
How Warranty Claims Work
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty coverage:
- Contact our team with your order information (email info@infamousaero.com)
- Provide photos showing the damage, and provide a brief explanation of what happened
- We’ll review the situation and determine the best solution
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement component at no cost.
Warranty Disclaimer – Indestructible Splitters & Side Skirts:
Our splitters and skirts are covered for normal street use only. Track/race use, curb hits, or obvious abuse aren’t covered. Parts must be fully cracked or broken (not just scratched) to qualify for replacement.
We’re reasonable people - if something happens, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution for both of us.
Warranty Disclaimer – Diffusers / Winglets / Canards:
Our diffusers, winglets, and canards are manufactured using a different polymer than our splitter kits to allow for more complex shapes, detailed designs, and aerodynamic features. Due to the properties of this material, these components cannot utilize our signature indestructible splitter material and are therefore covered under a different warranty policy.
These products include a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues related to workmanship or material defects present at the time of manufacture. Damage resulting from impacts, improper installation, road hazards, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
We’re Car Enthusiasts Too
At the end of the day, we’d rather see our products on your car than sitting in a box.
We understand that things happen. While not every situation falls under our official warranty guidelines, we’re almost always willing to work with our customers and find a reasonable solution.
In many cases, we can offer discounted replacements even when damage isn’t technically covered.
