Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Infamous Aero ships worldwide.
If a shipping option isn't available for your location at checkout, send us an email at info@infamousaero.com and we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Everything we sell is made to order and manufactured here in Calgary, Alberta.
We don't rely on a warehouse full of mass-produced parts. Your product is built after you place your order.
How long does my order take?
Our standard production and shipping lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks.
FRP products can take up to 6 weeks during busy seasons, while widebody kits typically have a 30–45 day lead time.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed production times. Production begins 24 hours after your order is placed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase. After that 24-hour period, your original order is locked and production begins.
Additional products can still be added to an existing order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?
No. Because our products are made to order specifically for your vehicle, we do not offer returns.
If you have an issue with your order, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
For orders shipped to the United States, our aero parts may be subject to the applicable standard duty rate (currently 2.5%). There are no additional tariffs charged by Infamous Aero on our aero parts.
Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
All of our products are made to order, so your order needs to go through our production process before it ships.
Our typical lead times are 2–4 weeks for most products, up to 6 weeks for some FRP products during busy periods, and approximately 30–45 days for widebody kits.

Products & Fitment
What are your products made from?
We use different materials depending on the product and its intended purpose.
Our Indestructible Splitters and Side Skirts are manufactured from HDPE. Canards, diffusers, and spoiler extensions are generally made from ABS, while roof wings, FRP lips, and certain canards may be manufactured from fiberglass or carbon fiber.
The material used for each product is always specified on the individual product page.
Are your splitters really indestructible?
Pretty damn close.
Our HDPE splitters are designed to flex and absorb impacts rather than cracking, bending, or permanently deforming like traditional fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminum, or ACM aero components.
After approximately five years of selling our Indestructible Splitter lineup, we've only had to replace four splitters through our warranty program.
They're built to handle the kind of real-world abuse that would permanently destroy most traditional aero materials.
Will your products fit my vehicle?
Yes. Every Infamous Aero product is designed for a specific vehicle application.
We don't make universal "one size fits all" splitters. Fitment information, including applicable year, make, model, and trim, is provided on each product page.
If you're unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, contact us before ordering and we'll help confirm fitment.
Do your products require drilling?
It depends on the product.
Some products are designed around 100% OEM mounting points and require no drilling. Others may require additional mounting points where suitable OEM holes simply aren't available.
Installation requirements are specified on the individual product page whenever applicable.

Can I install the products myself?
Many of our aero components are straightforward DIY installations using basic hardware such as nuts, bolts, and screws. However, installation difficulty varies depending on the product and vehicle.
Some vehicles have more complicated undertrays or mounting configurations than others, so we recommend reviewing the installation requirements for your specific product before getting started.
Widebody kits are different and always require professional installation. They involve cutting and welding OEM body panels, fitting the new panels, bodywork, and preparation for paint.
Do you sell replacement hardware?
Yes. If you've lost or damaged your hardware, contact us at info@infamousaero.com and we can help get you what you need.
I ordered the wrong product. What can I do?
If you've selected the wrong product or vehicle application, contact us as soon as possible.
While orders are locked after the initial 24-hour period, we'll work with you to determine whether an exchange or another solution is possible.
Fortunately, this is extremely rare.
Warranty
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty applies to our HDPE Indestructible Splitters and Side Skirt Kits.
The warranty covers full cracks or breaks resulting from normal street driving, including impacts with curbs, speed bumps, and similar road hazards.

Are all Infamous Aero products covered by the lifetime warranty?
No.
The lifetime warranty applies specifically to our HDPE Splitters and Side Skirt Kits.
Other materials and product categories have different warranty coverage. ABS diffusers, winglets, and canards carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Fiberglass and carbon fiber products are covered according to the warranty terms specified for that product.
Are your products covered for track or race use?
No. Our warranty applies to normal street use.
Track and race vehicles operate under significantly different conditions, and damage sustained during track or competitive use is not covered under our standard warranty.
Damaged Orders
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Don't worry — contact us at info@infamousaero.com and send us photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We'll review the damage and, when appropriate, file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
Contact us at info@infamousaero.com and we'll help look into it.
